Last updated: June 14, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PicHaul. By creating an event, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using the service

PicHaul lets hosts collect photos and videos from their guests through a simple link or QR code. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Accounts

Hosts must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Content you submit

  • You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and messages you submit.
  • You must have the right to share any content you upload, and you must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Guests are required to identify themselves with a name when uploading. Submitting unsolicited, inappropriate, or abusive material is strictly prohibited.
  • Hosts are responsible for the events they create and the content collected within them, and may remove any content at their discretion.

Responsibility for uploaded content

PicHaul is a platform that hosts use to collect content from their guests. We do not create, review, endorse, or control the photos, videos, or messages that users upload. All uploaded content is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it and the host who manages the event.

PicHaul is not responsible or liable for any content uploaded through the service, including content that is unlawful, offensive, inaccurate, or infringes the rights of others. If you come across content that violates these terms, please report it so the host can remove it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, uploading malware, or using it to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We work hard to keep PicHaul available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PicHaul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of content or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify hosts. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
