For weddings

A wedding photo QR code

Your photographer catches the ceremony. Your guests catch everything else. Put one QR code on every table and collect all the photos and videos your guests take, in one private gallery.

Ready in 2 minutes. No app for your guests.

Why couples use a QR code for wedding photos

Your guests will take hundreds of photos at your wedding. The getting ready moments, the dance floor chaos, the quiet in between moments your photographer misses. The problem is those photos stay trapped on everyone's phones.

Group chats get messy, shared drives require accounts, and asking people to email photos never works. A QR code fixes all of that. Guests scan, upload, done. No app to download, no login to create, nothing to explain.

A wedding highlight reel, cut for you

After the wedding, tap Create in your album and PicHaul turns the uploads into a short film: the best seconds of every guest video, photos from getting ready to the last dance, your names and the date on a title card, and music you pick. Vertical for Stories, wide for the TV at the reception. It is included with the event.

Common questions

Do wedding guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload straight from the browser. Even grandparents can do it.

How much does it cost?

One wedding costs $39. That covers unlimited guest uploads, full resolution downloads, the highlight reel and 3 months of access to your gallery.

Can guests upload videos too?

Yes. Guests can upload both photos and videos, and everything shows up in your private gallery in real time.

Do I get a wedding highlight video?

Yes. After the wedding, tap Create and PicHaul cuts a short film from what your guests sent: the best seconds of every video, photos from the whole day, your names and date, and music. Vertical for Stories or wide for a screen.

How many photos can guests upload?

There is no cap on uploads. A 150 person wedding easily collects 500 to 1000 photos, and they all fit.

When should I set it up?

Most couples create their event a week or two before the wedding so they have time to print QR posters for the tables.
